Bookings:
In order to provide the best service possible, please make your bookings at least 15 days before the course or ski lessons begin. By fax, e-mail or telephone.

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and should be transferred to our account at the UBS, account N° 264-633903.01R.

IN THE CASE OF BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS OR CANCELLATION

For the ski school:
If a client is obliged to cancel his booking and lets us know 48 hours before the lesson is due to start, he must pay 50% of the total cost. All courses not cancelled on time must be paid in full.

Weather conditions, a breakdown in the lift systems or any other incidents are not the responsibility of "La Fantastique". Ski lessons are not refundable, except when the entire ski area is closed or on the presentation of a medical certificate due to illness or accident.

For the Guides’Office:
In the event of bad weather or conditions, the guide will propose another alternative.

If the client cancels the contract for any reason at all, the Guides'Office of "La Fantastique", must be paid in full.

If an enrolled person cancels at least 15 days before the start of the course, he must pay 50% of the total cost. If he fails to do this, he must pay 100% of the total cost.

The terms and conditions which are applied when hiring a mountain guide through the Guides’Office of  "La Fantastique", are exactly the same as those of The Swiss Association of Mountain Guides.

Insurance:
Lift passes are compulsory and are not included in the price of the course. No Insurance is included in the price of the course.

Therefore, all participants must be in possession of: a health insurance, an accident insurance and a rescue insurance.

The rescue insurance (Air-Glaciers) is available at "La Fantastique" office.

Rates:
Prices in € may be adapted to the daily rate of exchange.

Liability:
"La Fantastique" does not accept liability for accidents that happen during ski lessons, courses or excursions in the mountains. In event of litigation the appropriate court will be: The Tribunal d'Entremont, Valais.
