BOOKINGS: ln order to provide the best service possible, please make your bookings at least 15 days before the course or ski lessons begin. By post, e-mail, telephone, fax or through our web site www.lafantastique.com. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and should be transferred to our account at the UBS

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER OR CANCELLATIONS

FOR THE SKI SCHOOL: Any booking can be cancelled or modified free of charge at the latest of 48 hours (2 full days) before the star! of your lessons. Ali ski lessons that are not cancelled 48 hours in advance are due in full. Lessons take place in any weather. Poor weather conditions are no valid reason for a cancellation or postponement of a lesson, as long as the ski school is carrying out the lesson. No refund, postponement or compensation payments will be made. The ski school only refunds you in case of total closure of the entire ski area. La Fantastique is not responsible in any case for the cancellation of a lesson that has been booked directly with the instructor.

ACCIDENT AND/OR ILLNESS: La Fantastique declines all responsibility in case of an accident or illness. Participants need to have their own insurance. Vou can take out insurance, by Televerbier when buying your ski pass. This insurance will cover the following benefits: Refund of lift-pass, refund of ski lessons, refund of ski / ski equipment rentai costs, refund of rescue costs, ambulance and helicopter transport costs. No refund will be proposed by the ski school even on presentation of a medical certificate.

MOUNTAIN GUIDE BOOKINGS: If, for any reason, a client cancels their booking, the total amount must be paid. However, If you book a mountain guide for 1  or more days, we recommend you to take out the ELVIA insurance that covers you in case of illness or accident. Cancellations due to bad weather are not possible. The guide will propose you another alternative. The terms and conditions which are applied when hiring a mountain guide are those of the Swiss Association of Mountain Guides (ASGM).

INSURANCE: Lift passes are compulsory and are not included in the price of the course. No insurance is included in the price of the course. Therefore, ail participants must be in possession of: a health insurance, an accident insurance and a rescue insurance. The rescue insurance (Air Glacier) is available at ‘La Fantastique’ office.

LIABILITY: ‘La Fantastique’ does not accept liability for accidents that happen during ski lessons, courses or excursions in the mountains. ln event of litigation the appropriate court will be ‘The Tribunal d’Entremont, Valais’.
